Delivery Information UK (Including Free Delivery)
We offer standard tracked delivery which takes 2 to 4 working days, and the cost varies depending on the total weight of your order: £3.40 for orders weighing up to 2kg, £4.99 for orders up to 10kg, and £6.99 for orders up to 20kg.
All orders above £50 will be delivered for free regardless of the weight.
Please note that orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and dispatched. This will include the delivery tracking ID number and the carrier; we use Royal Mail and Evri. Please visit the indicated carrier’s website to track you parcel.
Do you ship internationally?
Not presently, however, we look forward to serving the international market and customers soon.
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened and have any original seals or tags intact.
Kindly note that we do not cover the cost nor do we provide return shipping labels. Additionally, an admin fee of 3% will be deducted from your refund.
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on gift cards, and we don’t offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

You will be notified by email once your returned item/s has been received, processed and ready to be refunded. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 working days.

How do I report a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item?
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at email@example.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To help us process your claim as quickly as possible, include photographic or video evidence.
Can I cancel my order once placed?
If an order has already been shipped, we cannot accept any cancellation request.
